Open Competition held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays at Box Hill Golf Club. A $6.00 entry fee applies to all competitions. Players can book games via the website, app, or by calling the golf shop. All competitions are played according to the rules of golf as set out by the Royal and Ancient Scotland and the United States Golfing Association. Players must hold a current Golf Australia Handicap (maximum 36 for men, 45 for women) and report to the golf shop 10 minutes before hit-off time. Competition fees must be paid at the time of player registration. Players in competition have right of way on the course over non-competition players. Monthly medals are played with ties decided by a strokeplay playoff on the next Saturday or as directed by the match committee.
