Global Amateur Golf Tour 🏆

The Global Amateur Golf Tour is a series of professionally organised events which provide an opportunity for amateur club golfers to play competitively in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere on some of the most renowned championship courses in the UK and around the world. Since its launch in 1997 the Tour has visited 5 different continents and 23 different countries from the West Coast of the USA to Japan in the East and from Sweden to Australia. The Tour has multiple orders of merit. The Global OoM, the Senior OoM for golfers of 60+, the ladies OoM and the gross OoM all of which include every event on the schedule. The UK OoM which includes those events in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland and the International OoM which includes events outside the UK. Competitors can qualify via the OoMs for the annual Tour Final which is staged at a prestigious venue over 3/4 rounds.

Jacob's wife Megan later joined the business, bringing organizational expertise from her previous career in utilities to manage administration and operations. The tour operates under the motto "We Plan. You Play," emphasizing their commitment to handling all event logistics so participants can focus on their golf. The tour organizes handicap-qualifying singles competitions at quality golf courses across Northern England, with most events concentrated in the North West but extending into Yorkshire, Wales, and the Midlands. Senior Amateur Tour 🏆

The Senior Amateur Tour is a golf organization that promotes the sport by providing strokeplay tournaments in a fair and friendly competitive environment for senior amateur golfers aged 50 and older of all skill levels. The Senior Amateur Tour was established by Dennis McCormac in 1999. The 2025 season is the 28th season of the tour. The tour has 25 Local Tours across the country and hosted more than 365 tournaments in 2025. The tour season runs from the beginning of January to the end of September. Each of the 25 Local Tours hosts 10 to 15 tournaments. Home tour members earn points based on their finishing position within each flight, which ranges from Champ through D. Members may also play in events hosted by other Local Tours and special regional tournaments to earn points. At the end of the season, the flight leaders in the points standings from each Local Tour are invited to compete in the Senior Amateur Tour National Championship in Hilton Head, South Carolina. In 2025, more than 470 senior amateurs competed in the two-day, 36-hole National Championship. The 2026 National Championship is scheduled for October 21 and 22.

Toro Tour 🏆

RFGA 🏆

Open Golf Ireland 🏆

OPEN GOLF was created by an amateur club golfer of mid handicap that wanted more out of golf. Bored with repetitive club competitions and not having the feeling of a competitive and fun event Thomas Hughes decided to do something about it and created OPEN GOLF. The Open golf events allow ALL golfers (not only club members) to play the best courses across the country with added extras. All events will be set up with a PRO-AM feel with both longest drive and closest to the pin prizes a standard feature. Thomas said, "we are wanting to reach out to every golfer across Northern Ireland and have them join in the OPEN GOLF community for some great golf and loads of fun on great courses with the chance to win great prizes."

Royal Deeside Golf Week 👥

Established in 2003, the Royal Deeside Golf Week (RDGW) is very popular and fills up quickly with players from across the UK and overseas. The RDGW traditionally runs the last week of July each year. Some 280 golfers take part. Separate Ladies and Gents individual stableford competitions are held daily with prizes awarded across three divisions together with the overall female and male champion of the week. Play is in 3-balls by gender on a carousel basis over the four courses (Banchory, Aboyne, Ballater & Braemar) along the world famous River Dee corridor here in beautiful Aberdeenshire, Scotland. A short video outlining the RDGW, together with flyovers of the four courses, can be found on our website https://www.royaldeesidegolfweek.co.uk The daily teesheet is drawn randomly and published some 5 days before the event. Players travelling in groups will all play the same course on the same day - in close proximity on the tee sheet by gender - so you get to meet your fellow golfers from across the UK, Europe and further afield. There is an optional social programme in the evenings. The cost of the week is £220 which includes all green fees, prizes and a 'welcome pack' from our various sponsors. There is no cost to attend the social programme. A built-in midweek 'Rest Day' on the Wednesday allows you to explore the nearby royal residence Balmoral Castle, the Cairngorms National Park, Whisky distilleries, the stunning Dunnottar Castle or the wonderful Aberdeenshire coastline and the 'Granite City'. The Staysure Legends Tour offers rare opportunities for passionate amateur golfers to compete alongside some of the game's greatest champions in genuine tournament conditions. Through a series of Championship Pro-Ams and multi-day Playing Experiences, amateurs are invited inside the ropes to experience the atmosphere, competition and prestige of professional tournament golf. Championship Pro-Am Experience The Championship Pro-Am provides a rare opportunity to play alongside Legends Tour professionals within an official tournament environment. Hosted on championship courses prepared to tour standards, the Pro-Am allows amateurs to test their game while sharing the fairways with Major champions and Ryder Cup legends including Colin Montgomerie, José María Olazábal, Paul Lawrie and Ian Woosnam. Played in a team format of 3 amateurs and 1 professional, using a Texas Scramble / Chase the Birdie format, the day combines genuine competition with an enjoyable and social playing experience alongside some of golf's most respected names. This is not a corporate golf day, but an authentic introduction to life inside a professional tour event. Participants enjoy access to official player areas and practice facilities, gaining insight into how elite professionals prepare and perform at the highest level of the game. The day includes a welcome gift on arrival, breakfast and lunch served within the players' lounge, and participation in the official prize giving, ensuring the experience reflects the standards and atmosphere of tournament week. Pro-Am experiences are single-day events and do not include accommodation, making them an accessible entry point into the Legends Tour environment and an ideal introduction to the extended Legends Experience formats. The Legends Experience - Tournament Programme For those seeking a more immersive opportunity, the Legends Experience offers a multi-day tournament format designed for the competitive amateur golfer. Over the course of the event, amateurs compete in Stableford competition rounds played alongside two Legends Tour professionals who are competing in their own senior tour tournament. This format provides an authentic insight into the rhythm of professional tournament golf, from practice facilities and championship course conditions to the pace and structure of competitive play. The leading 15 amateurs progress to a final round, where they compete to be crowned Leading Amateur of the tournament, with the winner presented on the 18th green as part of the official prize ceremony. The Legends Experience includes four nights' luxury accommodation, private transfers, welcome reception and tournament hospitality, and gifting on Pro-Am day and the initial experience day - creating a fully curated, tour-level experience both on and off the course. Unlike traditional Pro-Am formats, these experiences place amateurs within the environment of an official professional tournament, not alongside it.

NCG Top 100s Tour 🏆

The NCG Top 100s Tour is the UK's leading amateur golf tour, featuring exclusively courses ranked in the National Club Golfer's definitive Top 100s lists. All events are individual stableford competitions open to male and female golfers with a handicap limit of 24.0. The tour operates extensively across England, Scotland, Wales, and Europe, with events ranging from single-day tournaments to multi-event packages. All event scores are handicap-qualifying and sent to the golfer's governing body via Golf Genius. Entry fees vary by venue and tee time, typically ranging from £50 to £250 per person, with group discounts available for four or more golfers. Each event offers substantial prizes courtesy of headline sponsors TaylorMade, with first place receiving £250 TaylorMade vouchers, second place £100, and third place £50. Nearest the pin prizes are also available. Event packages include pre-round breakfast and post-round meals. Tour membership is optional but provides a 20% discount on event fees and welcomes gifts including branded apparel and golf balls. Independent golfers without official handicaps can participate but are not eligible for prize money unless they hold a handicap with a governing body. A season-long Order of Merit system ranks competitors, with each player's best eight results counting toward their standing. O35tour 🏆

The o35tour is a golf tour for mid-amateur and senior golfers aged 35 and over with a WHS handicap index of 18 or below. It runs around 14 events a year: strokeplay competitions at UK courses plus tournaments in Portugal and Spain. Formats vary from single-day 18-hole and 36-hole events to multi-day 54- and 72-hole tournaments, including some recognised WAGR events. The tour runs an Order of Merit from November to October, split into four categories: Mid-Amateur Gross, Mid-Amateur Net, Senior Gross, and Senior Net. Points are awarded by finishing position and event length, so results across different event sizes can be compared on the same scale. Season membership costs £80 and gets you reduced entry fees for each event plus eligibility for Order of Merit points. The top three in each OOM category qualify for the tour finals in Spain, which includes a practice round. Events award both nett and gross prizes, and the calendar includes the British, Scottish and Welsh Mid-Amateur championships. Overall, it's a structured setup for mid-amateur and senior golfers to compete against others in their age and handicap range, with a mix of UK and overseas events.

RFEG 🏆

Golf Week Amateur Tour 🏆

The Golfweek Amateur Tour conducts strokeplay tournaments to provide amateur golfers of all skill levels with a competitive environment. The Amateur Golf Tour (AGT) was founded by Dennis McCormac in 1995. In 2010, the AGT entered into a title sponsorship agreement with Golfweek, resulting in the current name, Golfweek Amateur Tour. It is identified as the oldest and largest amateur tour in the United States. In 2025, the tour hosted more than 750 tournaments. There are currently 42 Local Tours operating across the country. The Senior Amateur Golf Tour (SAGT) was established to serve the senior demographic. This season marks the 28th anniversary of the Senior Tour, which comprises 26 Local Tours. From January through September, 42 Local Tours host between 10 and 15 tournaments each. Home Tour members earn points based on their finishing position within their assigned flight (Champ through D). Members may also participate in events hosted by other Local Tours and special regional tournaments to accumulate additional points. At the end of the season, flight leaders in the points standings from each Local Tour qualify for the Golfweek Amateur Tour National Championship in Hilton Head, South Carolina. In 2025, the 3-day, 54-hole National Championship featured more than 700 amateur competitors. The 2026 National Championship is scheduled for October 16-18. Playing format for all events is individual strokeplay.
