Box Hill Golf Club's Open Competition is a weekly individual strokeplay event held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The competition is open to all golfers including visiting non-members. A $6.00 entry fee applies to all competitions. Players must hold a current Golf Australia Handicap. The maximum handicap for men is 36 and for women is 45. Players must report to the golf shop 10 minutes before hit-off time and competition fees must be paid at registration. Players have right of way on the course over non-competition players. Monthly medals are played with ties resolved on the next Saturday stroke round or as directed by the match committee. Games can be booked via the website, app, or by calling the golf shop.
