Box Hill Golf Club's weekly Open Competition is held on Saturdays. The event is played as a strokeplay medal competition. A $6.00 entry fee applies. Players must hold a current Golf Australia Handicap (maximum handicap: men 36, women 45). Entry can be made via the club website, app, or by calling the golf shop. Players must report to the golf shop 10 minutes before hit-off time and competition fees must be paid at registration. Monthly medal competitions require ties to be played on the next Saturday as a stroke round or as directed by the match committee.
