Box Hill Golf Club runs weekly Open Competitions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. These are individual strokeplay events (Monthly Medals) open to all golfers. A $6.00 entry fee applies to all competitions. Players must hold a current Golf Australia Handicap (maximum handicap: 36 for men, 45 for women). Players must report to the golf shop 10 minutes before hit-off time and competition fees must be paid at registration. Scores are returned to the match committee and handicaps are adjusted according to the USGA slope system. Ties in Monthly Medals are played off on the next Saturday. Games can be booked via the website, app, or by calling the golf shop.
