Box Hill Golf Club hosts weekly Open Competitions on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. These are individual strokeplay events open to visitors and non-members. A $6.00 entry fee applies, payable before starting. Players must hold a Golf Australia handicap (max 36 for men, 45 for women) and report to the golf shop 10 minutes before hit-off. Competitions are run according to the rules of golf, with grading based on field size. Monthly medals require ties to be played on the following Saturday if necessary.
