Box Hill Golf Club's weekly Open Competition is held on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. The event is a strokeplay medal competition open to all golfers. A $6.00 entry fee applies. Players must hold a current Golf Australia Handicap (maximum handicap: men 36, women 45). Players must report to the golf shop 10 minutes before hit-off time and competition fees must be paid at registration. The competition is played according to the Rules of Golf as set out by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews and the United States Golfing Association. Monthly medals: ties must be played on the next Saturday stroke round or as directed by the match committee. Games can be booked via the website, app, or by calling the golf shop.
