The outward nine is the longer and flatter half, featuring back-to-back par-5s at the 4th and 5th, with streams and ponds coming into play on holes 4 through 9. The back nine introduces more pronounced elevation changes, with the par-4 10th climbing to the highest point on the course. The signature hole is the par-3 16th, a dramatic downhill one-shotter to an island green. The par-3 2nd plays 260 yards from the back tees and is one of the most demanding short holes on the course. Front nine fairways are framed by pine forest with doglegs creating blind tee shots, while the back nine is more open, featuring distinctive bunkers with grass rolled over their faces. All 18 holes are floodlit for night golf.

The terrain is hilly in places, with small greens and relatively narrow fairways that reward accuracy over power. It features a large drop to the left and rear of the green, a bunker guarding the front right, and out-of-bounds running along both the left side and the railway line behind the green.
