The weekly Thursday tournament sponsored by Per Bihl is Svendborg Golf Club's regular weekly competition, open to all handicap players up to HCP 42 from age 15. Greenfee players and visitors are welcome to participate. The tournament runs throughout the season with alternating formats, predominantly stableford. Players can choose early start (April: 09:30-10:30; May-September: 08:00-09:30) or late start (April and September: 14:30-15:30; May-August: 15:30-16:30). Entry and payment is made via Golfbox by Sunday 20:00 for early start; late start can also be paid on-site via MobilePay. Players are grouped into 3 or 4-ball flights with live scoring via Golfbox. The tournament is divided into three handicap divisions: A (HCP +8 to 19), B (HCP 19.1 to 25.7), and C (HCP 25.8 to 42.0). Prizes are awarded each Thursday for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division (minimum 12 participants required), plus four cumulative prizes per division over the season. Cumulative prizes are based on all single tournament scores minus the four worst. Prize presentations for daily results are followed by a shared meal. Season-ending cumulative prizes are awarded at the season finale with festive arrangements.
