Thursday Night League (T-N-L)

Event Details

Date: Thursday, 10 December 2026

Format: Team Stableford

Category: Open

Entry Method: Online

The Thursday Night League (T-N-L) is an open league at Pembroke Country Club, open to both members and non-members. The 2026 season begins on Thursday, May 14, 2026. Players compete on the first 9 holes, with tee times available between 10 am and 6 pm. Participants must hold a USGA handicap. Men and women are welcome. The league fee is $20 per week, and regular green fee rates also apply. Scoring uses a Quota System: Double Bogey or higher = 0 points, Bogey = 1 point, Par = 2 points, Birdie = 4 points, Eagle = 8 points. Each player's course handicap is determined from the white tees, then subtracted from 36 and divided by 2 to get a starting quota for 9 holes. The quota score is the difference between actual quota points earned and the starting quota. Teams of 3 are drawn by blind draw for team quota competitions. Prizes include Closest to the Pin winners, Individual Quota winners, Blind Draw Team Quota winners, and Gross & Net Skins. Play follows USGA Rules, from the white tees (except red tees on hole #3). Players may lift, clean, and place within 6 inches of their ball's position, provided they do not improve the ball's position from rough to fairway or sand trap to rough. Scorecards must be turned in at the Pro Shop or Grill Room upon completion, or a picture can be emailed to the club. Scoring is completed on Fridays, and winnings can be picked up in the Pro Shop. Tee-times must be booked each week (up to 7 days in advance) and are not held week to week.
