MAKITA 9 is a 9-hole individual Stableford competition held at Golfclub Laab im Walde on the Challenge course. The event is open to all amateur golfers holding a World Handicap Index (WHI) of 54 or below who are members of a golf club affiliated with the Austrian Golf Federation (ÖGV) or an affiliated foreign national association. The tournament is played as gross and net Stableford over 9 holes and is handicap-relevant. Tee times are flexible between 14:00 and 16:30. Entry fee is €18 for members and €32 for guests (youth €12 and €18 respectively). Registration closes at 11:00 on the day of the event (23 September 2026). Online entry is available for both members and guests. The maximum number of participants is 40. Electronic scorecards are used. The event is part of the MAKITA Afterwork 9 series, with results counted in the ÖGV regional rankings across four age classes (under 30, 31-45, 46-60, and 61+). Ladies play from the red tees, gentlemen from the yellow tees.
