MAKITA 9 is a 9-hole individual Stableford competition held at Golfclub Laab im Walde on the Challenge 9-hole course (Par 56). The event is open to all amateur golfers holding a World Handicap Index (WHI) of 54 or below who are members of an ÖGV-affiliated or ÖGV-recognised golf club. Tee times are flexible between 14:00 and 16:00, allowing players to choose their preferred start time. The tournament is played as gross/net Stableford over 9 holes and is handicap-relevant. Entry fee is €18 for club members and €32 for guests (youth €12 and €18 respectively). Maximum 40 participants. Registration closes at 11:00 on the day of the event (14.10.2026). Online entry is available for both members and guests. Electronic scorecards are used. The event is part of the MAKITA Afterwork 9 series, with results entered into the ÖGV regional ranking lists across four age classes (up to 30, 31-45, 46-60, and 61+). Players can compete from the red tees (ladies and U12) or yellow tees (men). No presentation prizes are awarded for individual club tournaments in the series.
