The MAKITA 9 is a 9-hole Stableford competition held at Golfclub Laab im Walde on the Challenge course. The event is open to all amateur golfers who are members of a golf club affiliated with the ÖGV (Austrian Golf Association) or an internationally recognised national body, and who hold a World Handicap Index (WHI) of 54 or lower. Tee times are flexible between 14:00 and 15:30. The entry fee is €32 for guests (€18 for youth) and €18 for members (€12 for youth). Registration is available online via golf.at and closes on the day of the event at 11:00. Maximum 40 participants. Electronic scorecards are used. Results count for ÖGV handicap and league rankings. This event is part of the MAKITA Afterwork 9 series, a nationwide Austrian amateur golf league where results from up to nine best rounds across all participating clubs are counted toward regional and national rankings. Players must compete in at least five events to qualify for the Conference Finals. Age divisions are: up to 30, 31-45, 46-60, and 61+. Ladies play from the red tees, men from the yellow tees.
