The 1,750-acre property spans 700 hectares with less than a third developed, preserving the natural landscape. Recognized as a historic landmark, the Truro Highlands Historic District—which includes Highland Links, Highland Light, and the Highland House Museum—was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.
