Highland Hills Golf Club was built in 1925 making it one of the oldest public golf courses in Michigan, constructed without earth movers or bulldozers so the terrain is all natural. The course is an 18-hole, par 72 layout measuring 6,315 yards with a course rating of 66.5 and slope rating of 116. The front nine is fairly flat and open while the back nine is rolling and tree-lined, with greens on the smaller side providing shorter birdie putts.

The course is located at 2075 Oakland Drive in Highland, Michigan in Oakland County. The course operates from April to October. While not a long course, Highland Hills can be challenging for any golfer.
