Highland Springs Golf Course is an 18-hole championship layout designed by William James Spears, opened in 1968 in Rock Island, Illinois. The course plays to a par of 72 with a slope of 130 from the back tees and features four sets of tees to accommodate various skill levels.
The course is characterized by challenging terrain with rolling hills, numerous lakes and ponds, deep ravines, and thousands of mature trees throughout. These natural features create a rugged landscape that tests golfers of all abilities. Highland Springs offers amenities including a Yamaha Golf Car Fleet with GPS technology, a grass driving range, two putting greens, clubhouse facilities, pro shop, and snack bar.
The course is open seasonally from early April through October, with tee times available from sunrise to sunset. It is recognized as one of the best golf designs in the area and accommodates corporate events and outings. The facility maintains a dress code policy for all players.
