Highland Links is one of Cape Cod's oldest golf courses, founded circa 1892-1898 in North Truro, Massachusetts. Perched on windswept bluffs overlooking the Atlantic Ocean adjacent to the historic Highland Light, the course exemplifies authentic Scottish links golf tradition with deep natural rough, Scotch broom, and heath vegetation.

The course features two sets of tees with a par of 70 for men (5,331 yards blue/white; 4,587 yards red/gold) and par 72 for women (5,331 yards blue/white; 4,587 yards red/gold). Originally laid out by Willard Small around the 1890s, it was redesigned in 1913 by J. Henry McKinley following a visit by Francis Ouimet, the legendary 1913 USGA Open Champion. Further refurbishment occurred in 1955 under owner Hal Conklin.

The links gained federal status when the Cape Cod National Seashore was established in the 1960s. Recognized as a historic landmark, the Truro Highlands Historic District—which includes Highland Links, Highland Light, and the Highland House Museum—was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2011. Today, the course maintains its natural character through organic turf management practices developed in partnership with the National Park Service.
