18-hole strokeplay competition on the Royal Dornoch Championship Course, played from the orange tees. Open to senior men aged 55 or over on 4th July 2026 who hold a WHS handicap index of no more than 24.0. Entry is by ballot; the ballot for 2026 has already been conducted and the event is oversubscribed. The ballot date was 1st May. Entrants are advised not to book travel or accommodation until receiving an email confirming their status. Entry fees: Member £30, Struie Member £60, Visitor £90. Royal Dornoch Championship Course

Royal Dornoch Championship Course is one of the world's finest links courses, located on the north shore of the Dornoch Firth in the Scottish Highlands. Notable golf legends including Tom Watson, Ben Crenshaw, and Jack Nicklaus have played Royal Dornoch. Donald Ross, a native of Dornoch, began his legendary design career as greenkeeper and professional at the club.
