The design features rolling fairways, undulating greens, and constant elevation changes through pristine oak, maple, ash, locust, walnut, and cherry trees. EagleSticks clearly favors accuracy over power, with frequent elevation changes and position-focused approaches. The course combines country charm with championship-quality golf, featuring cascading waterfalls, tree-lined fairways, and dramatic elevation changes. There are 90 bunkers strategically situated along the fairways and greens. The par-5 11th is the signature hole, starting with a daunting downhill plunge with a creek that splits the fairway and a stream that runs alongside the left approaching the green.
