Eaglescliffe Golf Club is a James Braid-designed course nestled beside the River Tees with the Cleveland Hills as a backdrop. The 18-hole course measures 6,289 yards and features rolling terrain with sloping greens that present both aesthetic appeal and considerable challenge for golfers of all abilities.

The course is characterized by its demanding layout, with two notable signature holes. The Par 5 14th requires a tee shot across a bend in the River Tees, while the 17th is a downhill Par 3 playing at 170 yards across a pond. Both holes demand precision and offer opportunities for skilled play alongside inherent risk.

Designed by James Braid, a five-time Open Championship winner, Eaglescliffe is a member of the Braid Society, which allows members to access discounted green fees at other Braid-designed courses worldwide. The clubhouse overlooks the course and provides views of the surrounding landscape. The course welcomes both members and visitors, offering a well-maintained facility suitable for competitive play and casual rounds alike.
