The Cradle is a 9-hole course at Pinehurst Resort featuring 789 yards of golf for a par of 27. Designed by golf architect Gil Hanse, the course features holes ranging from 56 to 127 yards. Opened in 2017, the course is located near the Resort Clubhouse. Hanse's design incorporates the native sandscape and wiregrass common to the original courses of Pinehurst. The Spartanburg Little Theater that sits just behind the 18th Tee was used for entertainment during training and remains as the only structure that has survived.
