The course has received international environmental certification from GEO, a global standard for sustainable golf course management. The club is part of the Shambala Golf & Resort, which includes a clubhouse with a lobby, lounge, restaurant, and other amenities. Shambala Pocheon CC is one of two courses included in the Shambala integrated membership program, the other being Shambala Japan CC in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan. The Pocheon course is accessible to members holding various tiers of the integrated membership, with benefits including green fee discounts ranging from 30% to 50% depending on the membership level and day of the week.
