Two Rivers Country Club is an 18-hole, par 72 course measuring 6,868 yards with a slope rating of 126 and course rating of 72.7, originally built in 1992 and designed by Tom Fazio. The course is located ten miles west of downtown Williamsburg where the Chickahominy River and James River meet, and features bentgrass greens and Bermuda fairways. A 2013 renovation project costing approximately $1.6 million included a complete rebuild of the fairway and greenside bunkers, updated bridges, and an expanded practice facility.

The layout masterfully blends "risk/reward" elements to challenge experienced players while remaining accessible for golfers of all skill levels. Wide fairways and large greens present challenges when missed, with deep sand and grass bunkers and Bermuda rough making recovery shots difficult. The course features four par 3s that vary in length and direction, with holes 4 and 14 particularly well protected requiring precise shots. The par 5s are relatively short but demand well-placed shots, with hole 3 featuring a sharp dogleg right and hole 16 requiring a tee shot across a ravine before playing straight to the river.

The routing is configured in an out-and-back fashion with fairways heading east from the clubhouse in a figure-eight pattern around a residential development, before returning for a spectacular three-hole finish along 1,000 yards of river frontage. The course is consistently ranked in the Top 25 Golf Courses in Virginia. The club hosts exclusive tournaments throughout the year for members and interclub matches with nearby courses in Richmond and Newport News.
