The Country Club of Colorado, established in 1973 in Colorado Springs, is a premier private country club featuring an 18-hole golf course designed by Pete Dye. The course underwent significant renovation in 2013, including installation of a new irrigation system, 11 additional tees, extensive sodding, and 115 new trees. The signature 17th hole was restored to its original Pete Dye design in 2021. Located on expansive grounds originally part of the Cheyenne Mountain Ranch, the club sits in a scenic Colorado setting. Beyond golf, the facility offers comprehensive family recreation amenities including an Olympic-sized outdoor pool, 35-acre private lake with beach, indoor pool facility, tennis and pickleball courts, health and fitness centers, and the Alluvia Spa. The club serves as an active community hub with junior golf and tennis programs, making it a full-service private recreation destination rather than a golf-only facility.
