Valley Hi Golf Course

Valley Hi Golf Course is an 18-hole, par 72 regulation course located in Colorado Springs, offering magnificent scenic views of Pikes Peak and Cheyenne Mountain. Originally constructed in 1956 as a private club, it was purchased by the city in 1975. The course features well-manicured greens and a traditional design that appears relatively flat but incorporates strategically placed bunkers and lakes to provide interest and challenge.

The layout accommodates golfers of all ability levels, with course ratings ranging from 63.3 to 71.4 and slopes from 102 to 123 across different tee selections. The course is easily walkable and includes a 4-hole short course, full-service practice range, putting green, and short game area. Valley Hi is notable as the home course of First Tee of Southern Colorado, a youth development organization integrating golf with life skills curriculum.

The facility features a year-round restaurant with patio and dining room seating, offering views and sunsets over the surrounding landscape. The course maintains membership in the Audubon Sanctuary Program and maintains a course record of 61 strokes. Rental clubs are available for both men and women.
