The Autumn Open Betterball takes place at Hessle Golf Club on Friday 2nd October 2026. Starting times are available from 7:30am to 2:30pm. The format is betterball stableford. Entry fee is £56 per pair, which includes a basket of range balls. Players must have a WHS handicap index with a maximum of 25.3 (85% course handicap allowance). All entrants must be members of an Affiliated Golf Club and must have submitted a minimum of six scores for WHS Handicap purposes during the preceding twelve months, including a minimum of three from Competition play. Where one member of a team has not submitted the required six Acceptable Scores, the whole team will be ineligible to win a prize. Entry is online via the club website. Normal GUI/ILGU dress code applies with soft spikes compulsory.
