The HGC Junior Open is an 18-hole individual strokeplay competition held on Sunday 27 September 2026 at Hessle Golf Club. Starting times are available from 12:00pm to 1:30pm from the 1st tee. The entry fee is £15.00 per player. Handicap Index limits are 28.0 on White Tees and 36.0 on Red Tees. The event is open to juniors under 18 as of 1 January 2026. To be eligible to win a prize, each player must have submitted a minimum of six fully completed 18-hole scores for WHS handicap purposes during the preceding twelve months, including a minimum of three from competition play. Entries must be applied online via the club's Open Events booking link. Soft spikes are compulsory. Dress code follows normal GUI/ILGU standards. Cancellations made more than one week in advance receive a full refund minus a transaction fee; cancellations less than one week in advance receive a 50% refund; no refund is issued within 24 hours of tee time.
