Ladies Charity Open Texas Scramble held at Mapperley Golf Club on Tuesday 27th April 2027. Teams of four players compete in a Texas Scramble format with a 10:00am shotgun start. All proceeds go to the Lady Captain's Charity. Entry fee is £10 per player. Players must have a Handicap Index of 40.0 or less; players with a higher index may enter but their playing handicap will be calculated using the maximum index of 40.0. Handicap allowances are 25%, 20%, 15%, and 10% from the lowest to highest handicap in the team. A minimum of 3 tee shots per player is required. Prize eligibility requires all team players to have a valid current Handicap Index and to have submitted at least 6 Acceptable Scores within the 12 months prior to the competition, including at least 3 in competition play. Teams with players who have not met the Acceptable Scores requirement may play but are not eligible to win prizes. Buggies may be pre-booked through the Pro Shop subject to availability. Entries can be made in person at the Pro Shop, by phone on 0115 955 6673, or online via the BRS booking system. Teams are drawn on the day. Contact comps@mapperleygolfclub.org for team changes.
