Autumn Open: Better-ball Stableford

Better-ball pairs stableford open at Mapperley Golf Club, Nottingham, on Saturday 26 September 2026. Any combination of men and ladies may enter as a pair. Men play from White tees (10th par 4; Course Rating 71.3, Slope 127); ladies play from Red tees (10th par 4; Course Rating 73.4, Slope 130). Handicap Index limit is 30.0; players with a higher index may enter but the playing handicap will be calculated using the maximum index of 30.0. Handicap allowance is 85%. To be eligible for prizes, both players must hold a valid current Handicap Index and have submitted a minimum of 6 Acceptable Scores (including at least 3 in competition play) within the 12 months prior to the competition. Entry fee: £10 for members, £25 for visitors. Entry can be made online, in person at the Pro Shop, or by phoning the Pro Shop on 0115 955 6673; payment is required at the time of entry. Buggies may be pre-booked through the Pro Shop (subject to availability and course conditions; no refund of entry fee if a player withdraws due to non-availability of buggies). If play is suspended by the committee due to adverse conditions and players cannot complete their round, a refund or entry into a future open competition will be offered.
