Central Maine Junior Open

The Central Maine Junior Open is part of the Maine Junior Open Series and takes place on June 29, 2026, at Waterville Country Club in Oakland, Maine. This is an individual strokeplay competition open to all juniors under the age of 19. Maximum field of 60 players. Maximum handicap index of 16.0 for high schoolers and 28.0 for middle schoolers. Two coed flights: High School Flight and Middle School Flight (girls play from a similar rated set of tees). Players may also participate in an optional two-player team stroke play competition by picking a partner. Maine Junior Player of the Year (POY) points are not awarded at this event. Individual and team champions each receive a trophy and Maine Golf voucher money; voucher value depends on field size. Entry fee is $30. Parents and spectators are welcome but must remain at least 50 feet from players and may not give instruction or advice.
