Part of the Maine Junior Open Series. One-day four-ball (2-player best ball) competition held at Riverside North in Portland. Open to all juniors under the age of 19. Maximum field of 60 players. Maximum handicap index of 16.0 for high schoolers and 28.0 for middle schoolers. Entry fee is $30. Girls play from a similarly rated set of tees. Individual champion and team champions each receive a trophy and Maine Golf voucher money, with prize amounts depending on field size. Parents and spectators are welcome but must remain at least 50 feet from players and may not give instruction or advice.
