The par-3 eighth hole is widely considered one of the very best and most beautiful par 3s in all of Texas, with a green on a limestone ledge that cantilevers above a creek and three cascading waterfalls. The course was laid out by a team from the PGA Tour Design Center with the intent that one day it would bid to host a tour-quality tournament.
