The Championship Course provides a fair test of skill with generous, rolling fairways lined with trees and some greens that are severely sloped from back to front. The course rating is 70.9 and it has a slope rating of 124. The resort course is nestled in the Catskill Mountains and is surrounded by scenic scenery, located in Callicoon, NY, part of the Catskill Mountains. The front 9 is very generous off the tee but the greens must be read properly with its undulations, while the back nine is longer and more challenging, but rewards solidly struck shots. The longest hole on the course is #11, a par-5 that plays to 545 yards, the shortest hole is #7, a par-3 that plays to 171 yards from the back tees, and #3 is a 533-yard par-5 challenge and the #1 handicap hole on the course.
