The North Course features wide fairways interspersed with five strategically placed ponds, while the South Course is described as flat and straight, presenting a longer, more demanding challenge with significant distance variations between holes. The East Course plays to a par of 36 with a total yardage of 3,301 from the championship tees. Its signature holes include the long par-4 fourth, which stretches 501 yards from the back tees, and the demanding par-5 ninth at 544 yards. The North Course, currently closed as of April 2024, offers a par-36 layout with a championship yardage of 3,311. It features a lengthy par-5 seventh hole measuring 570 yards from the championship tees, alongside a short par-3 eighth at 155 yards. The South Course is the longest of the three, playing to a par of 36 with 3,427 yards from the championship tees. It includes a 494-yard par-5 fifth and a 488-yard par-5 seventh, testing distance off the tee on its relatively flat terrain. Combined, the three courses offer a total yardage of 10,039 yards from the championship tees. The facility utilizes bent grass greens throughout all layouts. The course is designed to provide a varied experience, allowing players to navigate different challenges depending on the combination of courses played, such as the East and North or the South and East. The handicap indexes and course ratings vary by tee and gender, with the South and East combination yielding a men's course rating of 71.3 from the regular tees. The club accommodates play with five-person golf carts, aiming to enhance the strategic depth of the layout.
