Lakeside Golf Club Camden is an 18-hole championship course originally designed by Peter Thomson in the early 1990s in the British links style. Located at Gledswood Hills near Camden, the course features undulating fairways and characteristic pot bunkers. Recent renovations over five years have enhanced the layout, including wholesale changes to holes 9, 10, and 12-17, plus four new holes built on previously unused land adjacent to the heritage Gledswood homestead. All greens were reconstructed during this redevelopment.

The championship layout stretches 6,488 metres to par 72 from the back tees, with a ladies' course measuring 5,357 metres, also par 72. The course is defined by large sweeping greens guarded by rolling terrain with strategically positioned bunkers tucked into upslopes. Well-maintained couch fairways complement the design. The course retains its original British links character while benefiting from modern course management. Lakeside is recognized as one of the region's premier courses, hosting social golf, corporate events, and pennant competitions.
