Lakeshore Country Club is an 18-hole championship course located in Madisonville, Kentucky, featuring 6,240 yards and par 72, designed by Golf Course Development and opened in 1971. The course features a shorter front nine with three par 3's, and a long second nine that includes two par 5's and four par 4's, with the signature 18th hole playing as a very long par 5 with sand-protected green.

The course is very hilly with tree-lined fairways, numerous water hazards, and beautiful views of woodlands surrounding adjoining Lake PeeWee, with uneven lies and tight fairways—especially on the back nine—increasing its difficulty. The course features Bent Grass greens and Bermuda Grass fairways. In addition to the main 18-hole course, the facility includes the scenic 9-hole Shore Acres Executive Course.
