Lakeside Golf is located in Sastamala, Finland, and features two distinct 18-hole courses: Järvenranta and Pirunpelto. The original Järvenranta course was completed in 1992 and is situated along the shores of Riippilänjärvi. Its front nine holes offer views of the lake, which introduces a strategic challenge on several fairways, while the back nine transitions into a more wooded area characterized by varying elevation changes. The second course, Pirunpelto, opened in 2005 and provides a contrasting experience surrounded by rugged natural forest. This layout is defined by its narrow fairways bordered by dense woodland, open rock formations, and Sorvijärvi, a forest lake that influences the play. The course takes its name from two distinctive glacial erratic rock piles, or "pirunpelto," which are natural features integrated into the landscape. Both courses are designed to test accuracy and course management, with Järvenranta offering a mix of water hazards and elevation changes, and Pirunpelto demanding precision through its forested corridors and natural obstacles. The facility is operated by LGCC Oy, with the Lakeside Golf Vammala ry serving as the associated golf club. The courses are open to the public with dynamic green fee pricing that adjusts based on season and conditions.
