Wexford Golf Club is an 18-hole course located on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, measuring 6,884-6,913 yards with a par of 72. Originally designed by Willard Byrd and opened in 1983, the course underwent a renovation and was reimagined as an Arnold Palmer Signature course in 2011. The design combines strategic water hazards and natural features throughout the layout, with a course rating of 73.1-74.2 and slope rating of 130-150 depending on tees, making it a challenging test for players of all skill levels.

The course winds through the Wexford Plantation community, offering a traditional-style design with significant hazards coming into play on numerous holes. The signature 18th hole is a 380-yard dogleg right that demands precision, requiring golfers to hit their tee shot over marsh before approaching the green over additional water hazards. The course features varied hole lengths and difficulty levels, with particularly challenging greens that test putting skills.

Wexford hosts the local qualifier for the MCI Classic—The Heritage of Golf tournament, demonstrating its standing within competitive golf circles. The private club is recognized for exceptional course conditioning and maintenance, with an adjacent clubhouse offering dining facilities overlooking Wexford Harbour.
