Sidmouth Golf Club is an 18-hole course designed by five-time British Open champion J H Taylor in 1889. Located overlooking the Regency town of Sidmouth in Devon, the course features undulating fairways with wonderful sea views across Lyme Bay, which is designated as the country's first natural World Heritage Site. The clubhouse provides panoramic vistas of the Devon and Dorset coastline.

The course is characterized by its picturesque setting and scenic beauty throughout its holes. It presents a moderately challenging layout that appeals to golfers of varying abilities. The club is known for its welcoming atmosphere to visitors, groups, and societies, complemented by quality clubhouse facilities and dining. The combination of Taylor's architectural design, elevated coastal positioning, and well-maintained grounds make Sidmouth one of the most visually distinctive courses in the West Country.
