Thorn Park Golf Centre is situated in 30 acres of beautiful East Devon countryside in the picturesque village of Salcombe Regis near Sidmouth, positioned off the A3052. The facility features a nine-hole par 3 course that opened in 2003, accessible to golfers of all abilities with no handicap requirement. The course includes some challenging longer holes for experienced players and is home to a collection of beautiful young and unusual trees established when the course first opened. The layout accommodates diverse skill levels from complete beginners to experienced golfers.

The centre is characterized by its relaxed, informal atmosphere and accessible approach to golf. The longest holes measure approximately 190-200 yards, with fairways and conditions reflecting the facility's unpretentious nature. The setting emphasizes enjoyment over competition, attracting players seeking a casual golfing experience. Additional facilities include a floodlit driving range with covered and open bays with grass tees, a nine-hole putting green, and a nine-hole crazy golf course. A clubhouse with covered veranda seating overlooks the putting green and crazy golf area.

The course supports professional tuition through private and group lessons. The facility also operates as a campsite with shower blocks, and the oak-framed clubhouse and adjoining marquee are available for hire for private parties and events.
