Sevierville Golf Club features two award-winning 18-hole championship courses, The Highlands and The River, plus a 9-hole play option. The facility originally opened in 1994 as Eagles Landing Golf Club before transitioning to The Sevierville Golf Club in 2011. Both courses were designed by D.J. DeVictor and Steve Melnyk. The Highlands Course features 6,200 yards and a par of 70, while The River Course features 7,120 yards and a par of 72.
The Highlands has tighter, tree-lined fairways and slightly sloped greens, making it a fun course for less experienced golfers while still proving challenging for veterans. The River, a par 72 course, offers unique play along and across the Little Pigeon River. Maxing out at 7,120 yards, this course is the more challenging of the two. Most holes contain water hazards, and a fair number of bunkers are located throughout. The course is situated against the backdrop of the Great Smoky Mountains and was recently named Best Public Golf Course the last two years by the Tennessee Turfgrass Association.
Sevierville Golf Club hosts many large-scale tournaments, including the TSSAA High School Tennessee State Golf Championship, the American Junior Golf Association Preview Qualifier, and the Bobby Nichols Intercollegiate Championship. Both courses offer five different sets of tees to ensure play for all skill levels, along with a driving range, putting and chipping greens, and an award-winning clubhouse with pro shop and event spaces.
