Oakridge is an 18-hole championship course in Savannah, Georgia that debuted in 1988, designed by Arthur Hills. The course is of moderate length but features water, bunkers, marsh, and Hills' signature split-level fairways, making it notably challenging. The 15th hole, known as "the Cemetery," overlooks Waters Cemetery, a U.S. archaeological site where Alice "Elcy" Waters and her son Thomas reside, and is considered the trademark hole of The Landings Golf & Athletic Club. From the longest tees, the course plays 6,675 yards with a par of 72, and has a course rating of 73.1 with a slope rating of 129 on Bermuda grass. The course is part of The Landings Golf & Athletic Club, a 6,300-acre gated golf community located 12 miles from historic Savannah that offers members access to six championship courses.
