Magnolia, established in 1977, is the second course at The Landings Golf & Athletic Club in Savannah, Georgia. Designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, it represents one of Palmer's early ventures in course design. The course plays to 6,891 yards at par 72 and features seven tee boxes, allowing players to customize their experience across different skill levels.

Magnolia is characterized as a "second-shot" golf course, emphasizing precision on approach shots rather than driving distance. The front nine presents significant challenges, particularly from the Championship or Tournament tees, while the back nine offers relatively easier play. The course features undulated greens and is notable for Arnold Palmer's signature beach bunker on hole 16.

Major renovations in 2001 enhanced playability and drainage while updating irrigation systems, with all 18 greens and 63 bunkers modified and green sizes increased by approximately 20%. A 2021 renovation by Brandon Johnson of Arnold Palmer Design Company completely redesigned all putting greens and bunker complexes. The course tests golfers of all abilities while maintaining an enjoyable playing experience.
