Originally designed by Donald Ross as the Sunnybrook Golf Club, the course was redesigned by George Fazio in the early 1950s after nine holes were sold for development, becoming Flourtown Country Club. Located in the heart of Flourtown, Pennsylvania, the club is just minutes from the historic towns of Chestnut Hill, Lafayette Hill, Plymouth Meeting, Conshohocken and Glenside.

The course features bent grass greens and bent grass fairways.
