Cool Creek Golf Club is an 18-hole course featuring 6,521 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 70, designed by Chester Ruby and opened in 1948. Located in the rolling hills of the Susquehanna Valley, the course is just minutes from the Amish country of Lancaster and historic York, Pennsylvania. Nestled near the Susquehanna River, Cool Creek offers two distinctly different nines, with the front nine offering an open and easy walk, while the back nine has Kreutz Creek that winds through four holes plus a pond on the par 3, 14th hole.

The 13th hole was voted one of the top three holes in York County for difficulty. The back nine features two particularly challenging par 3s at holes 14 and 15, with number 14's tee boxes elevated on a cliff hitting down to a two-tiered green with a lake behind the top tier, playing only 118-130 yards but visually intimidating. With only 25 bunkers, sand is relatively scarce, although Kreutz Creek is in play. Four sets of tee markers make the course playable for golfers of all abilities.
