Cane Garden Country Club is a 27-hole championship course with a par of 72 that opened in 2004. The course was designed by Chip Powell and has been recognized as one of the best courses in Florida. Located in The Villages, a 55+ retirement community in central Florida, the course features a magnificent hillside clubhouse surrounded by oak hammocks. With teeing positions from 4,980 to 7,000 yards, every golfer can find a home in the natural settings of Cane Garden.

The course plays around a 140-acre eagle preserve, where from the fifth tee one can spot nests of Bald Eagles and Burrowing Owls, with Southeast American Kestrels (a species of falcon) also plentiful. This distinctive feature makes wildlife viewing an integral part of the course experience. The layout incorporates the natural landscape with palm trees, water hazards, and pristine fairways.
