She Loves Golf Ambrose Fun Day is a beginner-friendly golf event for ladies held at Waihi Golf Club on Sunday 27th September 2026. Participants play a fun 7-hole Ambrose format in pairs - visitors are encouraged to bring a friend, or can register solo and be matched with a playing partner. Clubs are available if needed. The event starts with arrival by 2:30pm for a 3:00pm tee-off. After the round, guests can stay for drinks, nibbles, and prizegiving in the clubhouse. The entry fee is $25 NZD per person. Registration is available online via golf.co.nz or by emailing golf@waihigolf.co.nz.

The course accommodates both walking players and those using electric carts or trundlers, and utilizes a Dotgolf scoring system for accurate handicap registration.
