The East Anglian Men's Autumn Open Foursomes takes place on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th September 2026 at Hunstanton Golf Club. Open to men aged 18 or over. Maximum handicap index of 18.0 per player; combined maximum for each pair is 30. Entries are limited to 60 pairs (120 players).

Saturday: 36-hole qualifying stableford, played over the Blue course with a handicap allowance of half the combined per-pair index. The leading four pairs qualify into Flight One for Sunday; all other pairs qualify into Flights Two through Fifteen in multiples of four pairs, determined by their qualifying scores.

Sunday: Matchplay knockout. Morning rounds are the semi-finals for each flight; afternoon rounds are the finals. A third-place play-off is held on Sunday afternoon for Flight One qualifiers only.

Entry fee: £180 per player (a discretionary discount is available for club members). An optional sweepstake (£10 per pair) and ball sweep (£10 per pair) are available on the day. AMEX is not accepted.

Practice rounds are available on Friday 11th September from 14:00 at £50 per person — contact the office on 01485 532811 to book.

Meals included: a light lunch between qualifying rounds on Saturday, supper after Saturday play, and a traditional Sunday lunch after the Sunday semi-final rounds. Presentation begins at 18:00 on Sunday; jacket and tie required.

Closing date for entries: Friday 7th August 2026. Entries are taken on a first come, first served basis; a reserve list is operated. Priority access for 2025 competitors closes 28th November 2025 (same partner required). General entry opens 5th January 2026.

Note: Hunstanton Golf Club does not recognise iGolf handicaps under any circumstances. Buggy use is only permitted with a medical certificate. Competitors are elected Honorary Members of the Club for the duration of the event.
