The Kikugawa CC Cup is an open individual competition held at Kikugawa Country Club in Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. The event uses a Peria scoring format (half-time aggregation), which is a form of stableford where the best score from each hole is counted. The competition awards prizes for winners, runners-up, top finishers, and longest drive. Entry is open to all visitors on the day. Green fees are 11,330 yen (tax included) for self-play (3 or more players per group) or 14,080 yen (tax included) with caddy service (4 players per group). Lunch is not included in the entry fee. Prizes are distributed upon departure or by mail if the participant has already left. The event follows JGA competition rules and local rules, including temporary local rules. Men use white tees, women use red tees, with grey tees available for men aged 70-74 and red tees for men aged 75 and over.

Kikugawa Country Club is a flat and wide 18-hole layout located in Tomita, Kikugawa City, Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan. Situated just a short drive from the Tomei Expressway's Kikugawa Interchange, the course opened in 1976 and recently marked its 50th anniversary. The total yardage varies by tee box, ranging from 5,733 yards from the front tees to 6,730 yards from the back tees, with a consistent par of 72 across all configurations. The course is characterized by its wide fairways and a balanced mix of hole lengths. The front nine totals 36 holes and 3,328 yards from the back tees, featuring a long par-5 sixth hole at 504 yards and a short par-3 eighth at 156 yards. The back nine adds another 36 holes and 3,402 yards, highlighted by the demanding 15th hole, a 551-yard par-5, and the 17th, a 532-yard par-5 that serves as the course's longest stretch. The layout includes three par-3s, five par-4s, and three par-5s on each nine, providing a varied test for golfers of different skill levels. Kikugawa Country Club hosts a variety of regular tournaments and events throughout the year, including the "Kikugawa City Tourism Association Cup" and the "Oimoya Cup." The club also organizes the annual "Opening Day Anniversary 50th Cup" held on the 17th of every month to commemorate its founding.
