Entry is open to all visitors on the day. The competition is played in W-Perier format (half-course aggregate), where players compete on either the front nine or back nine depending on tee time, with rankings determined by the combined net score of both halves. In the event of a tie on net score, the gross score takes precedence, followed by seniority. Prize certificates valid for future play are awarded to top finishers (1st through 10th, 20th-190th, and Best Ball/Best Male categories, subject to participant numbers). Prizes are distributed at the front desk upon departure; no formal presentation ceremony is held. Handicap players use white tees (men), red tees (women), grey tees (men aged 70-74), or red tees (men aged 75+). The event follows JGA rules and local course regulations. Entry fee for September self-play is 10,780 JPY (tax included); caddie fee is 13,530 JPY (tax included) for 4-ball groups.
